Drunk 'Hannah Montana' actor Mitchel steals packet of chips, arrested

'Hannah Montana' actor Mitchel Musso was arrested on charges of public intoxication and theft after stealing a packet of chips in Texas, US. Musso allegedly walked into a local hotel intoxicated and began eating a packet of chips he picked up without paying. When asked to pay for the chips, the 32-year-old became verbally abusive and walked away, police said.
