Drunk Indian man fined ₹25,000 for defecating outside S'pore mall

A 37-year-old Indian construction worker, Ramu Chinnarasa, was fined SGD 400 (₹25,000) for defecating outside 'The Shoppes' mall at Marina Bay Sands in Singapore on October 30 last year. Intoxicated after consuming three bottles of hard liquor, Ramu couldn't find a toilet and relieved himself outside a restaurant. He pleaded guilty to violating public cleanliness regulations in court.
