IPS officer A Koan molests woman while drunk in Goa night club, relieved of duty

IPS officer A Koan has been relieved of his charge as DIG for allegedly molesting a woman in a night club in Goa, officials said on Thursday. A video of Koan's alleged misbehaviour in a drunken state had also reportedly surfaced. Koan has been ordered to report to the state Director General of Police (DGP).
