Drunk man driving in wrong direction passes Harris' motorcade, open beer can found in car

A drunk man, who was driving in the wrong direction, passed US Vice President Kamala Harris' motorcade on a highway in Milwaukee on Monday. Police officers found an open can of beer in his vehicle, according to reports. The 55-year-old man who was taken into custody said he had no intention of harming Harris or anybody related to her campaign.
