Drunk woman blocks road in Hisar, boasts about job in viral clip

A woman allegedly under the influence of alcohol parked her car in the middle of a busy road in Hisar, Haryana, causing a traffic jam. In a viral video, she is seen refusing to move and boasting about her government job and salary. Police intervened, detained her and registered a case for public obstruction.
