Dry promotion: Know why this job trend has employees all worried

Dry promotion is a new job trend where the management of a company gives a better designation with more work responsibilities to an employee, but doesn't reward the employee with a hike in pay. As per a report, the trend has seen an upsurge, with around 13 per cent of the employees getting promotions without any increase in salary.
