DTH operators can offer second connection at discounted price: TRAI

Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) has said it's up to the DTH service provider to offer discount on the base price of a second TV connection. This comes after new DTH rules came into effect from February 1. It's now mandatory for all DTH and cable operators to offer a base pack of 100 channels at ₹130 plus taxes.
