DU faculty protests after teacher 'beaten up' by DUSU campaigner

The faculty of Delhi University's Motilal Nehru College staged a protest on Wednesday after a student campaigning for the upcoming Delhi University Students' Union (DUSU) elections allegedly beat up a teacher. "The teacher is grievously injured...We will be filing an FIR and boycotting any election duties," a faculty member said. A clash reportedly broke out between two groups on Wednesday.
