DU girl elected sarpanch of Rajasthan village

Vasundhara Choudhary, a 21-yr-old DU student, was Saturday elected as the sarpanch of a Rajasthan village called Lilawali. “I think being young and educated worked in my favour. I have always been interested in social work and wanted to make a change,” she said. Choudhary is the second well-educated woman sarpanch in Rajasthan. The first was a 28-yr-old maagement graduate.
