DU promised in 2022 to complete two 1,000-bed hostels in 2 yrs, only excavation has started

Vice Chancellor of Delhi University Yogesh Singh said in May 2022 that two 1,000-bed hostels, one each for men and women in postgraduate classes, will be built at the university's Dhaka complex near North Campus within two years. However, more than four years later, only excavation work has taken place at the site for one of these two projects.
