DU's St Stephen's College bans shorts in classrooms, students wear shorts in protest

Delhi University's St Stephen's College has banned shorts in several parts of campus, including classrooms, library, assembly hall and the dining hall. The move sparked protests as several students turned up in shorts on the first day of the new academic session. Students termed the directive "moral policing" and described it as an "intrusion into their choice of clothing".
