Dubai Ruler's brother Sheikh Ahmed bin Rashid passes away

The Vice President and PM of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum's brother, Sheikh Ahmed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, passed away at the age of 76 on Monday. "May God have mercy on you, my brother...You're absent from our eyes...not from our prayers," the Dubai ruler said. Dubai has declared a 10-day mourning period.
