Dumper truck unloads bricks on road to evade authorities in UP, video surfaces

A video has surfaced online showing an overloaded dumper truck unloading bricks while driving on Uttar Pradesh's Eastern Peripheral Expressway. The driver, who was driving on the wrong side, allegedly did so to evade RTO authorities and stop them from pursuing the vehicle. The incident caused major inconvenience to the commuters, following which police officials helped clear the area.
