Durga temple in Bihar denies entry to women during Navaratra

Maa Aashapuri temple at Ghosrawan village in Bihar's Nalanda district, which is dedicated to Goddess Durga, does not allow women to enter the premises during Navaratri. "We follow a purely Taantrik style of puja during Navratra, of which women cannot be a part," said Purendra Upadhyay, one of the priests of the temple.
