DU's Hindu College banned black dress for PM's event, claim reports; Principal denies

Hindu College's teacher-in-charge Meenu Shrivastava issued seven-point guidelines for students for the live telecast of Delhi University's centenary celebrations today to be attended by PM Narendra Modi, claimed reports. "No black dress is to be worn that day. Students attendance is mandatory," the guidelines read. However, Principal Anju Srivastava said the college didn't issue the notice.
