Dutch students create 3D-printed EV that captures more carbon than it emits
A team of students at Netherlands' Eindhoven University of Technology has created an electric vehicle (EV) which captures more carbon than it emits. Called ZEM (zero emission mobility), it runs on a lithium-ion battery pack and most of its parts are 3D-printed from recycled plastics. ZEM can capture up to two kg carbon dioxide (CO2) over 20,000 miles of driving.
