DY Chandrachud explains why his 2 lawyer sons refused to practice in SC till now

At a farewell event, outgoing CJI DY Chandrachud said his sons and lawyers Abhinav and Chintan Chandrachud refused to practice in Supreme Court despite him requesting them. "They told me, 'Dad we shall do it after you demit office. Why should we bring disrepute to your name and our name by coming here when you are a judge,'" he stated.
