Dy CMs not invited to Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj's statue unveiling at Maha airport, row erupts

A political row erupted in Maharashtra after names of Deputy CMs Eknath Shinde and Sunetra Pawar were omitted from invitations to the unveiling of a Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj statue at Navi Mumbai airport, an event attended by CM Devendra Fadnavis. Shiv Sena leaders expressed strong displeasure over the snub. The CMO has sought explanations from CIDCO and airport operator NMIAL.
