Dynasty can make you party chief, but it doesn't bring vision: PM

PM Narendra Modi on Sunday criticised Congress President Rahul Gandhi saying that dynasty can make Rahul party chief, but it "doesn't bring vision and wisdom". Addressing a poll rally in Madhya Pradesh, PM Modi added that a mechanism would be put in place to strengthen start-ups. Exuding confidence about his re-election, the PM said that there's "pro-incumbency" in the country.
