E-KYC mandatory for all domestic LPG consumers amid crisis: Govt

The Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas has announced that all domestic LPG consumers must complete their Biometric Aadhaar Authentication (e-KYC). Consumers can complete the formalities using the mobile apps of Oil Marketing Companies or the Aadhaar FaceRD app. The directive comes amid a shortage of LPG in the country due to the ongoing Middle-East conflict.
