Early first sex may be linked to faster ageing: Study

A study by Shandong University researchers found earlier sexual initiation may be linked to faster ageing, poorer health, higher frailty and shorter lifespan. Analysing large-scale genetic data, researchers identified 34 mediating factors, including ADHD, depression and COPD, linking early initiation to accelerated ageing. They stressed the findings don't prove sex directly causes faster ageing.
