EaseMyTrip to manufacture 5000 electric buses every year

EaseMyTrip has entered the electric bus business with its EMTev arm launching electric buses in Bhopal. Its first 12-metre coach can carry 45 passengers plus the driver and has a claimed range of up to 350 km. The company plans to build annual manufacturing capacity of 5,000 electric buses within five years under its Vision 2030 roadmap.
