eBay rejected an unsolicited buyout offer from GameStop, calling it "neither credible nor attractive". eBay Chairman Paul Pressler said the rejection was based on eBay's standalone prospects and uncertainty regarding GameStop's financing proposal, along with leverage, operational risks and leadership structure of a combined entity. "We've consistently returned capital to shareholders," he said.
