EC abetting crime by using Form 6 to re-enrol deleted voters: Ex-CEC

Former CEC SY Quraishi said, "Form 6 can't be filled by a deleted voter…It's only for NEW voters." His remarks came after EC directed a "special drive" in 20 states/UTs to re-enrol eligible left-out individuals using Form 6.
