EC announces dates for Assembly polls in West Bengal, Tamil Nadu, Kerala & Assam

The Assembly elections will be held in West Bengal in two phases on April 23 and April 29, the EC announced on Sunday. The Assembly elections in Assam, Puducherry and Kerala will be held on April 9, while those in Tamil Nadu will be held on April 23. The results of the polls will be announced on May 4.
