The Election Commission has declared the first winner in the Delhi Assembly elections. As per EC, AAP's Virender Singh Kadian won from the Delhi Cantt Assembly constituency by over 2,029 votes. Singh secured 22,191 votes while BJP's Bhuvan Tanwar got 20,162 votes. Congress candidate Pradeep Kumar Upmanyu got 4,252 votes. Elections for 70 Assembly seats took place on February 5.
