EC issues notice to BJP MP Babul Supriyo over campaign song

The Election Commission on Tuesday issued a notice to BJP's Asansol MP Babul Supriyo for a campaign song uploaded online without its prior permission, an official said. However, Supriyo claimed he did not upload the video online or receive the show cause notice, adding, "The media was present when the video was shot...Maybe someone recorded it and made it public."
