EC rolls back work allocation order after objection by Election Commissioners

The Election Commission issued fresh work allocation order, bringing Director General (IT) Seema Khanna back under reporting structure of a Deputy Election Commissioner (DEC), a structure that was in place before the July 28 order. The July 28 order had allowed Khanna to report directly to EC. Election Commissioners SS Sandhu and Vivek Joshi had reportedly objected to revised arrangement.
