ECI launches 3 reforms, links electoral rolls to death data to enhance accuracy

The ECI has announced three new initiatives to enhance the accuracy of electoral rolls and to make the voting process more convenient for the public. The three reforms are- linking electoral rolls to death registration data electronically, issuing standard identity cards to Booth-level officers (BLOs) and prominently displaying voters' serial numbers and part numbers on Voter Information Slips.
