ECI official in WB campaigning for TMC, abandoned neutrality: BJP

BJP MP from West Bengal, Saumitra Khan, alleged that Jyotsna Khatun, an Assistant Returning Officer (ARO), is "openly campaigning and posting in favour of TMC." He shared screenshots of Khatun's social media posts in which she accused the BJP of using war-like tactics to win Assembly elections. "[She has] completely abandoned the neutrality required for her constitutional office," Khan said.
