E-commerce startup ChattyBao Technologies raises $5 mn in funding

WhatsApp-based e-commerce platform for local businesses, ChattyBao Technologies, raised $5 million in its seed funding round. Co-led by Vertex Ventures Southeast Asia & India and Info Edge Ventures, the round saw participation from 7Square Ventures and other angel investors. Founded in 2021, ChattyBao allows users to discover, chat, order, and get home delivery from their local merchants.
