Economist Jim O'Neill, who coined the term BRIC, called India and China "the two places that really matter" and explained how they can make Donald Trump and his tariffs irrelevant. "If China and India genuinely wanted to explore free trade...nobody...would give a damn about what Trump says about tariffs," O'Neill said. They could change the global monetary system, he added.
