Economist Bibek Debroy, Chairman of PM's Economic Advisory Council, dies at 69

Economist and Chairman of Prime Minister's Economic Advisory Council Bibek Debroy passed away at the age of 69. He held a degree from Trinity College, Cambridge and also studied at institutes like Delhi School of Economics, Kolkata's Presidency College and Ramakrishna Mission School, Narendrapur. He was a Padma Shri awardee and was a NITI Aayog member till June 2019.
