ED attaches ₹136 crore assets in realty fraud case

The Enforcement Directorate attached properties worth ₹136.42 crore linked to Ocean Seven Buildtech Pvt Ltd under PMLA. Assets include land in Jaipur, Kotputli-Behror, and a Gurugram plot. The firm allegedly collected ₹118 crore from plot buyers across four Rajasthan projects without delivering possession. Total attachments in the case now stand at ₹188 crore.
