ED conducts raids at Vedanta offices in Mumbai, Delhi over royalty payments

The Enforcement Directorate conducted raids at Vedanta Group premises in Mumbai and Delhi on Tuesday in connection with a Foreign Exchange Management Act case, reports said. The probe is linked to royalty payments made by Vedanta to its parent company Vedanta Resources, CNBC-TV18 reported. The action comes around a month after Vedanta secured creditors' approval for its demerger plan.
