ED flags corruption in govt transfers in Punjab, names CM Bhagwant Mann's OSD

The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has filed a detailed reply before the Punjab and Haryana High Court, alleging corruption in government transfers and postings in Punjab. The agency has accused Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann's Officer on Special Duty (OSD) Rajbir Singh Ghuman of leading the racket. ED alleged that the Punjab Police did not cooperate with them during the investigation.
