ED raids ex-TN minister Vijayabaskar in disproportionate assets case

The Enforcement Directorate (ED) conducted raids on premises linked to AIADMK leader and ex-Tamil Nadu Health Minister C Vijayabaskar on Thursday, as part of money laundering investigations, PTI reported. Vijayabaskar is under scrutiny due to a state vigilance (DVAC) probe from 2022 concerning alleged possession of disproportionate assets. Previously, he was booked in a "gutkha scam" by the CBI.
