ED raids Gensol Engineering's premises in Ahmedabad & Gurugram

The ED on Monday raided Gensol Engineering's premises in Ahmedabad and Gurugram and seized documents, electronic devices and other financial records of the company, CNBC-TV18 reported. The firm said the search and seizure were done under the provisions of the Foreign Exchange Management Act. Earlier, SEBI found Gensol's promoters diverted the company's funds to buy properties for personal use.
