ED seizes private jet linked to ₹850-cr Falcon scam at Hyd airport

The Directorate of Enforcement (ED) on Friday seized a Hawker 800A jet at Hyderabad's Rajiv Gandhi International Airport. Allegedly owned by Amardeep Kumar, the prime accused in the ₹850-crore 'Falcon scam', the private jet was reportedly bought for ₹14 crore in 2024. Officials claimed that Kumar and an accomplice used the eight-seater aircraft to flee to Dubai on January 22.
