ED yet to find irregularities under FEMA in Paytm probe: Report

The Enforcement Directorate has found no irregularities under the Foreign Exchange Management Act in its questioning of Paytm executives so far, PTI reported citing official sources. A case under FEMA will be registered once any contravention under the said law is found, the report added. ED reportedly started questioning Paytm executives after RBI's action on Paytm Payments Bank.
