Edgistify raises $1.4 million from NB Ventures, others

Edgistify has raised $1.4 million led by NB Ventures and supply chain veteran Rajesh Ranavat, Prateek Maheshwari (co-founder, PhysicsWallah), Vivek Gaur (CGO, PhysicsWallah), Vikram Tandon (ex-CHRO, Adani Group) and strategic angel investors. It will utilise the funds to onboard high-growth brands, advance AI-led capabilities and expand fulfilment depth across Tier-2 and Tier-3 markets.
