An image of a new Rs. 500 note depicting the illustration of Lord Rama on one side and the Ram temple on the other side, has gone viral with the claim that RBI will release new notes on the day of Ram temple consecration. DFRAC team found that the viral image of the new Rs. 500 note is digitally edited.
