Edtech startup PhysicsWallah's FY22 net profit jumps 14-fold to ₹97.8 cr

Edtech unicorn PhysicsWallah's standalone net profit grew over 14 times to ₹97.8 crore in the financial year 2021-2022 from ₹6.93 crore in the previous fiscal. The startup's revenue from operations grew nearly 10-fold during the period to ₹232.5 crore from ₹24.6 crore in FY21. Earlier this year, PhysicsWallah raised $100 million from GSV Ventures and WestBridge Capital at $1.1-billion valuation.
