Edtech startup upGrad acquires recruitment firm Rekrut India

Mumbai-based edtech startup upGrad has acquired the recruitment and staffing solutions company Rekrut India. The size of the deal has not been disclosed but post acquisition, Rekrut India will become a 100% subsidiary of upGrad and it will operate independently. Ajay Shah, the Managing Founder of Rekrut India, will continue to lead the team as Managing Director.
