Education is a full-time portfolio: Congress on Joshi's additional charge

Congress leader Jairam Ramesh reacted to Union Minister Pralhad Joshi being given additional charge of the Education Ministry, saying, "Education is a full-time portfolio at any time." He noted that Joshi already oversees the Renewable Energy and Consumer Affairs ministries. "The goal is only political hegemony. In any case this is a one-man, two-face Government," Ramesh added.
