Effort to malign BJP leaders failed: Rajnath on BH Loya case

After the Supreme Court dismissed petitions seeking an independent probe into Judge BH Loya's death, Home Minister Rajnath Singh has said that an attempt to malign senior leaders of BJP has failed. Judge Loya had been presiding over the Sohrabuddin Sheikh fake encounter case, in which BJP President Amit Shah was an accused, when he passed away.
