Election Commission biased against Bengal CM Mamata: Shiv Sena

The Shiv Sena has alleged that the Election Commission was "biased" against West Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee after the poll panel recently barred her from campaigning for 24 hours over certain remarks made by her.
