Elections often fought in SC when polls come: CJI on CPI's plea on Assam CM's 'gun' video

Supreme Court made a sharp observation when a CPI leader's plea against Assam CM Himanta Biswa Sarma was mentioned for listing. "The problem is when elections come...it's often fought here in the Supreme Court," CJI Surya Kant said.
