Electric utility company Endesa's CEO Jose Bogas set to leave role after 12 years

Spanish electric utility company Endesa's CEO, Jose Bogas, is set to leave his position after nearly 12 years, but will remain on the board as an external director. Jose Bogas has been associated with the company for over forty years. Endesa, owned by Italian energy giant Enel, will hold the annual shareholders' meeting on April 28.
