Elitecon appoints 2 Executive Directors to lead revival

Elitecon International appointed promoter Vipin Sharma and Pradeep Kumar as Executive Additional Directors, effective July 22, 2026, subject to shareholders' approval. The appointments aim to strengthen leadership as banking operations resume, with the company also planning to induct experienced KMPs and independent directors.
